Working out does not have to take place in the gym or involve fancy equipment. If you have a floor, you can get a very effective workout. Although a bit ambitious in its claim to burn 1,000 calories, I love this workout because it uses compound exercises, which involve a lot of different muscle groups. More muscles used equates to higher calorie burn! If you are short on time, don’t waste it doing bicep curls (one of your smallest muscle groups)! Drive up the intensity level by adding ankle or wrist weights, elevating your feet for incline push-ups, coming up to your toes when you rise from the squats, or substituting the crunches with 60-90 second planks. Repeat x1 to burn anywhere near the 1,000 calories.

Practice Policy regarding COVID-19:

Due to the Stay-at-Home restrictions and guidelines Synergy will not be offering spa services in May, we will however be offering medical services and COVID-19 Antibody testing.

If you have not received a text or call from our office to reschedule, your appointment is deemed “medical” by the RCW (Revised Code of Washington) and will not be affected.

We are still offering VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS with our medical staff and would be happy to schedule one at your convenience, please call us at 509-222-8022.

Patients with active COVID-19 symptoms will not be seen at this location.

Only 1 patient will be allowed in at a time; if you do have an appointment, please stay in your car upon your arrival and we will call you when you are ready to be seen.

The lobby is being kept clear, and we are currently not accepting walk-ins, but will be in the office Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm answering phones and taking product orders for curbside pick-up, delivery and shipping.
